No Licence Found problem

Im buy rfactor 2 lifetime licence,and today change my operation systems win 8.but when i install rfactor 2 ,account info :No licence found

what to do?

Is it me or do the Screenshots have such a bad quality that the important things are unreadable?

Normally it should work with a new activation, when you use your Licence Data, i guess.

Can you read the error-message on your Screenshot?
I can't.

Just write what you have done and which error-message you get.

 

Licence could not be found.

 

I think the problem is the firstname characters ISTVÁN.

 

First Name: István
Last Name: Barsi

 

But didn't you use the same name when you've activated it the first time?

 

no iactivate 2 times,this is the third times.

 

You do your 3rd activation and did use 3x another name?

But anyway, you normally should have 5(?) Activations "free".

But when you have installed Windows completely new, your .rFactor folder with the license-information is gone.

So you have to activate it completely new with your Registration information (email,..).

I never had to do it, but others did it and it worked.
And if you think that the special character in the name plays a role that it don't work for you, write it without that.

No.This is a big őroblem for me.
I bought a program and can't use.

I sign in my account.The program command display my data ,salute hy istván.
And when i try to click activate button ,it says no licence found.

I install lot of game,but this is not normal. no support .i write about 10 email to isi help@rfactor.net,purchase@rfactor.net,but no answer.
IWrote account data.order number email address,everythig i could.
this program 90dollars,iwould like to use,but i cant because no licence found failure

No, sorry if my posting sounded disrespectful for you.
I just wondered about that the "normal" activation process don't works for you.

I feel sorry for you having that problem, but basically don't think that ISI ignores emails, especially not when you send them to the in Gupsters post given adresses.

Maybe it is caused by the Problem that ISI has described on THIS SITE.
