Automatic Parc Ferme and Blue Flag penalties change required for next build?

Why not a program to setup the server the way we like it????

 

The dedicated options should take care of that imo. it just needs more options tucked away which are connected to the ini's and rfm.
one window to rule them all.

Looks like B930 has edited the default RFM to now have Blue flags set to 1 = show but no penalty and Parc Ferme is now set to 0 = off !

this will make life a lot easier as far a setting up our events !

1. start with prototype dedicated Server
2. choice vehicle and track
3. edit weather - random plz
4. choice how many practices, qualis, races - all with laps and/or time (incl ingame-start-daytime)
5. Password or not
6. driving-helps or not
7. parce-ferme (all modes)
8. flag-rules and penalties or not
9. start-Server

in short: making a costumized rfm/gdb/json on the fly
