since 880 (online mode) I have sometimes a terrible lag after a player leave the session. Observed under following conditions: Track Interlagos (ISI) Mod URD-EGT happend in the race session with around 12 drivers Problem (possible bug ?) description: in the chat box I see continuous the message xx (drivername) leaved the race. the player disappear for a short moment from the player list but obviously the server is unable to remove him from the the list. at the same time my session start with hard (unplayable) lags This procedure does not stop until I leave the session Also I observed that in the player list (same conditions as described above) some car's show unknown instead of their class in the class row. I did not noticed this before build 880.
Hi, since 880 I have exactly the same problem. No matter which car or track but also just during a race. Its also very strange that I was the only driver on the server with this issue. I dont know if its a related problem but I also get this lags when I rejoin a race session.
Same for us now that I've seen this thread. Last sunday we where experiencing a horrible lag whilst pings where still great. it was almost unplayable until the session moved to quali and it started again and then to race and after 2 laps it settled down. I recall watching those whom left and joined (it was a public session) as I suspected some individual connections might have caused problems. Now it seems it could well be just the leave-problem as mentioned. the week before we have many more drivers and far less issues, or non actually. I remember there was less fluctuations in drivers leaving/joining. We are on the verge of ditching this server as we are testing it for performance and it does not seem to work. But now i'm on the fence again. is it rf2?

Could this be liveracers perhaps? we only installed it recently at the same time we where having these issues, the week before the server was flawless and also no liveracers installed. are you guys running it?
I observed this bug on a server with no plugins at all. It was actually a fresh install with literally no changes to the MP.json or Plr.json other then the server name and password. So that means the race was set to the default 5laps and all the aids were enabled ect ect. So I don't think it is caused by LR.
I've reported the server lag issue : click here. But a new observation update on this matter: The events with no issues: -15 people and no one had a custom "alt.dds" skin. The events with issues: +15 drivers and some had custom skins. Some encountered big lag issues when someone left the server.
We did two races of 30 minutes last night and we met the same problem and the same symptom on the 2nd race only. We were 10.
