Direct 3dmax export ? Make sure that the animation name is identical to the texture name (without "000") and do not include LEDSLS.BMP (TGA/DDS?)
I made some changes to a mods gmts with simed a while back and got those errors. I had the model in Max anyway though and re-exported from there to fix. I told Dave Noonan about it and he said he'd look into it. Don't know if there was any outcome. It was probably material settings not being right or something.
