I formated my pc because rfactor was crashing a lot and now i cant activate . i send many emails but i still the same apreciate some help
Im having the same problem trying to reactivate after some hardware changes. Sent emails on Thursday to support, activations and purchase@fractor.net. No response not impressed with rfactor's customer support. Ive resub for another year of online as well but cant even play offline. Not happy
Got the same problem, bought new system, 2x gtx970 and can't playyy. Sent email 2 days ago and 1 more today..
I don't remember exactly, it's too long ago, but didn't you get an activation key from ISI? Then start the game go to screen "purchase" --> Acivate rFactor 2, and follow the instructions. Don't that work?
no it asks you to contact activations@rfactor.net Ive messaged Rfactor on their Facebook page linking this post. Seems like the Mary Celeste at Rfactor!
Hello, Im Guglielmo Lo Verde, have buy a renewal online subscription for rfactor2 but when try to activate the product software show this message: "We see that your system has changed. Please contact with your order number (RFxxxxxxxx) so that we can help you reactivate rFactor 2 on your new system or configuration." Another question last 2 Years have buy a Lifetime subscription but i don't understand why is not valid and i see my licence expired. Please give me information about that. Please reactivate my product.
Quoting from FAQ: Maximum number of activations exceeded? You will have to email renewals@rFactor.net, as advised by the message the launcher gave you. We would aim to reset your activations and/or reply to you within two working days. If we have questions for you, please do your best to answer so that we can validate you as quickly as possible.
The best shot probably would be to twitt them, it seems they using it more than emails.. Or maybe they didn't answer because of weekend. I guess today we will get some answer..

allora max, il mio provider è alice(telecom italia).....ho inviato la mail sia activations@rfactor.net(che è quella che mi appare sul messaggio di errore) e poi una a purchase@rfactor.net...la mail che ho utilizzato x la registrazione è gmail ed ho indicato anche l' order number.. l'account lo riconosce cmq...no è che il mio sistema operativo non va bene?? ho formattato il pc da poco ed ho installato win8.1(64bit)
