An offer of help Brilliant work there WSVR. It is about time that someone added to the Honda NGTC currently available in rF2. Just as a side note although I can't help with the actual modding etc I can help with the handling and vehicle testing when you reach that stage. My name is Rob Hedley and I am currently in negotiations to drive in the BTCC 2015. I came very close back in 2012 as can be seen from this article in the Daily Mirror (http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/other-sports/mirror-online-partners-up-with-british-742398) and one from Autosport (http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/97676). I have tested a number of NGTC cars and have a large amount of experience in rce cars ranging from Historics through to Indy Lights. I also did some consultancy for EUTechnyx on their Auto Club Revolution game they are developing with regard to vehicle handling. I can also get you in contact with a number of teams including those running the Chevy, Audi and the Ford Focus this year. I am also a keen sim racer and I am currently in the process of building my own full size simulator as can be seen here (http://www.isrtv.com/forums/topic/12567-build-thread-twin-projector-180-deg-screen-simulator-in-full-custom-sound-proofed-room/) to replicate a NGTC Race Car. Let me know if I can be of any assitance as I would love to be involved in this mod. Cheers Rob
Been a while since last update, free time restraints the main reason, hey we did say it might take a while Anyhow Focus is about done, Chevy not far off. Our modeller has also been working on a NGTC style Volvo which can be seen below. Honda Civic shown is the ISI model so you can compare. Work also started on a NGTC style Mercedes A Class...very early though so will be a while but hopefully some previews soon. We are still struggling with texture mapping if there's any experts out there willing to help.
Amazing work on this, hope someone can help you with the texture mapping The models are all scratch-built I assume?
The Civic shown is the ISI model so don't think we'd be allowed to play with it. With the BTCC Civic Tourer being replaced next year we'll probably concentrate on other models. Mercedes A class is next in line.
