Yeah baby!!! Downloading! PS: I forgot I still need to "upgrade" my licence again so I can use auto update...
Nice, I have been looking forward to this build. Absolutely brilliant! :] There's a little checkbox on the lower left of the Advanced tab of the launcher.
in the SimHQ interview Gjon mentioned that those aspects pf the physics are being worked on and might be readz in a build or two.
I am aware of that, but it would be nice to have a confirmation here and now since these threads often splay off into fits of debate about nothing. I would hope the build notes contain anything of value or interest, but we have seen otherwise in the past.
Click on the "use prototype server ui" checkbox on the "advanced tab", that should launch the new prototype server.
no good for me - did auto update from 798, get an "Entry point not found" dialogue box View attachment 14287 note: this happens when I have the run as 32bit box checked in launcher advanced menu. when I uncheck it, it works. Still, that is no good to me as Ive no interest in running 64 bit untill all plugins i want support it
@marc I would assume since its such a requested topic they would put it in the notes if it had been done. I personally expect an "oval build" where it will come.
Yes, confirmation of accidental reversal, can't be reversed again until next update. Those without active online acct will either have to manually update or renew.
That's a Direct X fail. Either you have a rogue DX file in your rF2 dir, or DX isn't properly installed.
The Lite Install on top went fluency, all work fine! BTW, the anti-immersion suspension bug still there: other suspensions don't move but mines. Tires move, not suspensions. It seems this is true for all cars. Tested again with F3 Eve at Brianza during a race. Already described here: http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.p...-Now-Available?p=294138&viewfull=1#post294138 Edit: really a bug, not a feature, as this problem only appear "Live", and all is fine during replay... This apart, all seems OK, thanks ISI team
I seem to recall I had to move the d3d9.dll file on the last update to get plugins to work on the 32 bit - I currently have that file in the Bin32 folder. like i say, works fine for 64 bit though, so seems more likely i got a file in wrong place from the messing about had to do on last update
Just tried the new Dedicated UI. I put 3 race events on, then clicked the "race" button. The UI closed. I opened up the regular Dedi UI and noticed 3 more mods there, I started the first, but it doesn't seem to skip to the 2nd? What am I missing?
