    hi'
after all this time trying to make this RF2 working, found no way, every single possibility had been tested....
all other games and simulation are working perfectly, so, it's the installer of this RF2 B770, same with older version!
I'm tired to try to make this stuff to work, as every result gives the same mistake : no match between the "credentials' file and the name file.
as I stated earlier it's like this since B660, and frankly, I am off!
I won't try to make it work anymore, the destination is vertical classifying... dustbin!

so, is it still time to get a refund?

plesae, avoid giving another "solution"! useless!

    thanks

Just having a quick look it appears you bought it at least 2 months ago. I think you're too late for a refund.

Pity as rF2 is one of the best sim experiences out there.

Just saying....did you get someone else to check your installation through teamviewer or something similar? Sometimes it helps to have 4 eyes.

We advise you to install the demo version to check if your system can run rFactor2 before you purchase, but after purchasing you may request a refund for rFactor2, if eligible. Your eligibility depends on when you made your purchase and is good for 7 days. 7 days should be more than enough time to see if development is moving at a pace you are happy with, or if the product is outside your tastes.

You won't be eligible for a refund, but maybe the community can sort out your issue.

Where have you installed the Core and Data folders for rF2?

as you'll see (in last post), it was just a matter on which drive it"s installed on.
but, there were no reason why it didn't work on a different drive...
all installed in same folder, in C:/, that's it, but still pretty weird!
