Artifacts on Drivers Suit and Helmet

    Tried copying back an older RF2 install to see if any files became corrupted... Same thing.

    Is anyone else seeing this?

    You could try running dxsetup in Documents/rFactor2/Support/DirectX

    or deleting files from:
    Documents\rFactor2\UserData\Log\CBash

    The artifact that you published here it's not truly an artifact, it's a texture in the driver's suit badly reflected thru the windshield, that must be looked at by the "texture guy" :)

    Thanks Tim, I did both, still there. I agree with Dandar that it looks like a reflection issue, in fact it looks similar to the road reflection bug where billboards would have black squares beneath.

    those artifacts are usually caused by dead vertices or vertices not mapped. It needs to be checked by car artists.
