Oh I see... Thanks for reply.
BTW if there is max speed instead of average speed, I think it'll be better (for racing / to guess wing setting of other players).

Max speed is useless, average speed is a common statistic.

But average speed is a direct result of laptime... I too have wished to see max on straights in the past...

Bumping for a reminder (if interested at all)

Been a few weeks now and I am still in love with the new UI. However its gets more and more annoying not to be able to unlock chat and scroll up and down. its very handy for admins, especially when setting grids and checking if things went ok or catching up with chat/whispers.
Now when you scroll up, whenever someone chats you get bumped down right away. makes it had to do stuff.

And fastest times are not highlighted in different colours. comparing sector times etc is now quite difficult to do.

For the rest, would not want to return :)

    Don't forget setup compare.
Although truth be known without it you spend more time on track.

I agree column for top speed in speed trap, would not take up much space.
    Good to see draft speeds.
ISI would need to do this first though yes ?

Except when you're trying to figure out how much wing a competitor is running...

And as GCCRacer said, average speed is just a derivative of laptime. In some racing series you do see average speed, but it's usually in place of laptimes. Having both is redundant.

Click on their names in the timing screen and watch them as they go around the track.

That's what I do, just having the top speed listed as in live racers and the track map plugin is a lot more efficient.

Really when was the last time you referenced someone's lap by the avg speed? It's an unused metric, top speed on the other hand...

    This.

Also there's no longer the option to edit the AI driver?

I don't remember reading this but when hitting race settings. Check your Race Length spelling. I just noticed that "Length" has the th reversed so it is "Lenght". Stupid I know, but easy fix whenever you get around to it. Also, it has taken me several weeks to even notice. Thanks for the sweet UI.

I've been adminning races for many years now and the (almost weekly) /racelength command went wrong 7 out of 10 times lol. I just can't get my head around doing it right.
Maybe its a thing for non-English peeps :p

I get white screen when I exit replay with this UI (loaded replay, fix is to visit desktop and come back).

Also there is no way to know which car each driver use. For example you can see that everybody has Howston but it doesn't tell which model. I tried also BES mod and there it tells only team names.

Otherwise this is a top job :)

Ah yes indeed, especially when there are different types of cars this becomes a bit iffy :)

    +1
Not having sector times is not good.
I'm also having problems with it's black text on a black background :(
as much as I like this UI I can't use it with these 2 flaws :(

Also, the 'Add AI' doesn't work for me with some vehicles for example the Nissan GTR. The drop down box just appears but no vehicles in the list to choose from. Works with many of the other cars though. Thanks for all your work so far, there's just a few niggles that are forcing me back to the original UI.

^Might be related: "Add AI" sometimes doesn't work (empty list) when changing tracks or opponents. It works after RF2 restart.

The sector times are there. Click on the live timing button and they appear in that view.

    Are you sure about that?
I don't see the 3 sector time splits?
