Please help with Reactivation

Hi,
sorry, I know you've heard it all before, but I have a new pc and cannot reactivate.
I have no record of my order number (DOH). I bought the lifetime license back in January 2011.
Any help would be appreciated.

(I sent an email to renewals this morning, but I'm not sure it's still the correct method)

You'll probably have to email ISI and ask them for your purchase information.
