Ok but what is with the AI, if i want to take another car? And the Z4 doesn´t allows to unlock the gear box.
To me this mod has surpassed the EGT mod. While I think that all EGT cars handle almost the same, these cars feel very different compared to each other. In my opinion they are also a lot more fun to drive. However, the sounds could be improved. Some cars (like the SLS) have overlapping sound samples which make the RPM sound like it's dropping a bit while accelerating. It means that some samples need different natural rpm values. I even think I told this before. Oh and I don't like the backfire sounds from GTR2, but that's my personal taste.
yeah...I noticed that too. If the car is driven head on into a wall the air dam will pop off and the engine is damaged. It takes quite an impact to cause damage.
Like the Apex mod as well so please don't get me wrong. We noticed that behavior on a view other vehicles as well. Seems that the cars are very quickly rolling over if you go off track. Not sure about the root cause but something most have changed that the vehicles behave like that. P.S.: At the beginning we thought that this is a track issue when we saw this on the Nordschleife - but know it's on an ISI track as well. Could this be due to a change in the rFactor2 damage model?!
Great Mod with a few little Bugs so far, like mentioned before not only the big brakelights on the Z4, furthermore it seems Z4 gives me generally bad bad Frames when it is in the grid and i am near behind him. I made 2 Videos for comparison. Sorry 4 bad quality, have a look on the FPS in the upper right corner in both videos. Love the sounds of the Porche. the in car extra effects are great , bottoming gravel etc., the Vette not so much.. the reflective visor at night in the Porsche is a bit distracting. Great work guys ..
Just one more thing we've detected: For the 799, the 845 and the SLS and the Vette the steering Lock and the gearbox upgrades work fine, for the camaro there is no possibility to upgrade and for the Z4 you can onnly upgrade one car/skin. The rest of the Z4 haven't got this option
there a lot of very good things and a few bugs or bad thing. But the main problem is thet the ai is complete off balance... I test the ai times on few tracks and the result is allways the same. sls is the fastes than 1-2 sec. behind camaro and vett than 1 more sec 458 and porsche and allways last the z4. Between sls and z4 are 6-7 sec. on nearly ever track. Any idea or comments to it ?
Just did a few laps in the 997 around the nordschleife 24h layout... heaven. Fantastic! Also it's great to see that the cars seem to be properly named now, great work! I'll check out the other cars and add them to rF2 Rank. All the best, Uwe
