That email never had a successful purchase. The gledalessio email did, you should be logging in with that email instead on the purchase tab.
Man, had to reinstall Winodws 8 this morning and now RF2 single player and online is greyed out. I sent in an email with my RF order number but haven't got a reply yet.
Well, I did the usual. Reinstalled my system, but didn't save my rf2 information. I need to reactivate, but have no order# or code. This time I'll print it out first thing. Site registration email is the same as my game purchase Thank you. GTG printed, and saved.
