Team ISI I had an issue with my system and had to reinstall Windows 7 and all programs on my system. I installed rFactor 2 but when i logged on, it tells me that rfactor noticed I am access from a new system and ISI must reactivate my account. I sent the requested email, but have not gotten a response yet. Did I do something wrong?
Nope. It's normal due to system changes. Luckily you use the same email on your forum user, so I just reset the activation count for you now. In future, please see our FAQ for how to save activation data if you have to format/reinstall Windows a lot. http://rfactor.net/web/rf2/rf2help/ Under "activation questions"
Thank you very much Tim. I may be having to do this again if my problems were not my OS, but my hard drive. I will know soon enough.

I can't do them every time I visit the forum. I hope you're also doing what you're supposed to do, and emailing the email you're told to by the software. Please don't wait for me.
