Updated to build 382 in the hope that I would finally get the content I paid for in a lifetime license, instead of just the demo content. When I tried to run the game I got an error message and required reinstall, check screenshot. Reinstall won't run. This needs to get sorted or a refund will be in order.
It's advising you what you need to do. Download Lite, install it over the top of your existing install.
Indeed I did. Right from the start I wasn't able to get more than demo content after activation(342). Posted a thread about that and so far no replies. Saw 382 was released so I opened the launcher 'update' tab and proceeded with the update. Tried to run the game and got the error message in the screenshot. Downloaded and installed the 1.05GB 382 and same thing. This is so frustrating. Would it make any difference if I installed the demo first and then the full build on top of that?
Downloaded Lite and installed it over 382 full, same error message. I think I will do a complete uninstall and start fresh. UPDATE: Did a complete uninstall, defrag and fresh Lite install. Was able to add content and access it, up and running now.
