What happened the liveracers timing servers?

There one minute, gone the next. Just started using them and they where working so well.

I assume they are fixing the issues.

Essentially, we believe they cause a few server issues for us, and are hoping to get a method to reduce the update rate from LR quite soon.

 

Any word on this?

Is there a forum for LiveRacers support or is it all via email?

It seems the plugin could benefit from doing IPC to an external Application that does the real work so it doesn't have as much impact on the server.

 

We usually contact LR by email.
Theres FB and Twitter accounts but i suppose they´re not much active by now.
Replies on our emails usually are preety quick.

 

I think we need code changes, we've already made the contact required.
