Does this car fall into the T5 or EGT class?

I tried the Corvette free car last night, and was impressesd with it, jsut wanted to know which series to buy as it wasnt overly clear on URD website.
Are the T5 cars completely different to the EGT then?

 

EGT is a 'similar' series as WEC GTE real life series.
T5 is 'similar' to DTM real life series.

 

Not WEC. It is similar to ALMS

 

ALMS has no Aston Martin... I think the conclusion was it's very much similar rules between the real series, so this is somewhere "in the middle".

 

Aston GTE run in Daytona actually, the GTE.

Beside some small differentes in those series, cars are overall same.

thats just what he wants you to think! its a scam folks!! all the other cars dont even have cockpits, just a rectangle for a windshield & are just a black box on top of 4 wheels!!!

Such a shame that the car has so unrealistic grip. 3D model and cockpit are so pretty. Why not make the physics comparable to ISI vette, since the grip level on ISI cars are based on actual real life telemetry?

Its merely a game with these physics, not a simulation... like i said, such a shame..

 

The ISI vette is the first version running GT2 class and its years old. There are some differentes since than, thats why its quicker and more easy to drive.

 

whatever u might claim, grip level hasn't tripled in 4 years, and will not triple in future 10 years. at least not as long they use rubber in tires. this mod has tires made of glue, completely missing slip angle etc.

I know the ISI mods might feel difficult to drive at first but when you get setup right there are tons of grip in them if you can be smooth with you're pedal input.

Driving these cars does not require any driving skill. in real life smooth pedal work has more to do with maintaining grip than steering input. with this mod you can be super careless with your pedal work (you can pump both accelerator and brake pedals on/off style without losing control), just turn the wheel and it turns.

Dont mean to be cruel, but this is not racing simulation by any means. sorry if i upset you, just pointing out the facts.

 

The mod has tires from ISI just so you know. THe only thing edited was improving the body aero from the car wich has changed. You cant tell me that a car since his first version apearing in gt2 cars hasnt changed in years where its clear that the aero has changed so as other components on the car. Its not the completly the same car actually. Except the name, engine and tires most of other stuff on the car is different story.

Youre not upseting me but as sayed, this 2 cars are different actually. There are years beetwen them. ISI car is 2009, our is 2013 and there should be alot of differente in those cars. Not just from speed bud more easy handling overall wich is what every racing team is doing when improving the cars, especially for endurance racing so as giving the driving more easy job to do.
