Sebring and Mid Ohio looks fantastic too. Wounderful sunsets... THXS!!!! Fuji would be great as the next track! Major problems during the night! Just my two cents...
There is a problem with tracks that have sunrise after 8am or sunset before 7pm. Build 342 has a hardcoded black point setting (the fix for bright cockpit view) from 8am to 7pm and I can't fix this with hdr settings. Here is a track list with times for sunrise/sunset. Problem tracks in bold.
Hi there, great work with these HDR profiles... Also good to have a dedicated thread!! Bit of a noob question though, I can place the HDR file(s) so they appear in the shall we say "global" selection area!! So I can select say limerocks HDR profile whilst at croft! But where would I place the file for it to be track specific?? i.e. Limerocks HDR profile could only be selected when racing at limerock?!? Cheers for any help, also keep up the great work Tosch Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yep, that's what I meant. Sunset at Fuji is at 18:10 and I can reset the blackpoint at 19:01. Only solution I have atm is to run with hdr off or avoid the time between 6 and 7pm.
I think avoiding the time is the better solution atm. Edit: Have you chance the times in your Fuji-profile?
I have a race at longford this weekend thank you for your contribution to making RF2 a better looking place @adrian Rfactor2/Userdata/Player/settings/ then drop the file in the corresponding track folder
Hi Tosch, First time i got to have a play with HDR profiles today, what a fantastic job your doing! Many thanks!! Rob
I support this since I actualy suggested it to him. I wanted to try before different hdr profiles for a track I just converted. It is very unpractical to download these type of files one by one for that purpose. I think folder sync suits much better for this type of content. Thanks. enviado mediante tapatalk
A hdr profile is 10KB in size, zipped 2KB. Not worth, in my opinion, to set up btsync for this. Here is a new Link (Mega): https://mega.co.nz/#F!n8YngYzC!AOKWlRsMNsIoq26KCZcopQ
Moin Tosch I bought a new VGA GFX 770 which can handle the HDR much much more better than my old AMD 6950- Can you put all your profiles in one zip file Thanks alot und schöne Weihnachten in meine Lieblingstadt "Hummel Hummel "
Klar geht das! View attachment rF2Build342HDRprofiles.zip Schöne Restweihnachten und einen guten Rutsch. btw the "MonzaNew" profiles are for a modified version (adjusted geo location) of the track. Check this video @ youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEoXkA8buv4
Hi Tosch The profile file.... "RingBuild342V5LW", that displays as "RingBuild342V6LW" in rfactor setting menu, yeah? Just wanted to say, "nice " that displays really good on my 6990, smooth and nice on the eyes, especially after 7pm.
Hey guys are we using these for 382 also or will they be updated? Just did a fresh install and was going to hold off.
