Hi, i have 3 error messages when loading the track. This error appears with freshly installed rFactor2. 1. message Error getting stats for texture OLIGHT01.DDSError loading texture OLIGHT=! for material TEST_LIGHT. 2.message Error loading global material TEST_LIGHT 3.message Error loading global material TEST_LIGHT I am not alone with this error!
the Vmod you use, has the Safety Car Mercedes? If it Yes, download the Safety Car Mercedes from another link, and install the new Safety Car. Babs
Haven't observed it with GT style cars. Not sure if there's anything with a track that would cause this.
Ethone, can you tell me what the issue is with the AIW pit path/pit location is? I was hoping this would have been fixed sooner than now. I've really been wanting to have AI endurance races here but its unusable in its current state. Over the weeks I've learned alot about AIW and have fixed issues I've had with other tracks. I'm willing to fix this track issue myself. Thanks for all your work.
AI can not pit and refuel. They just drive through pit lane. This has already been said by others long ago in this thread. Edit: Just saw Tosch's post on the lack a of slow down way point. Its seems the AI already know where to slow down.
I was under the impression that particular issue was fixed with a new build after the track's release. You're certain it still happens with the latest public build?
I'm afraid so... I also saw an AI car driving through the pit lane without stopping, although it was low on fuel. I always race without fuel consumption on this track. It's too awesome to resist.
Just ran a test with the URD endurance mod and running with time acceleration. The AI does pit and does stop for fuel with my latest Le Mans build. Could someone who is absolutely certain they observed the issue earlier try it again with Build 382? If you observe it again, please let me know with which mod (and, if you can, see if you can see it happen with the URD mod as well).
hi ethone, i just tested it again with your le mans mod and with URD EGT mod in practice. after about 30 mins the AI's stopped else where on the track... after 45 mins, no AI was running any more. i was driving the Bayro #5. see the screenshot for my practice settings. i saw one corvette entering the pits, driving very slow, between 5 - 15 km/h. accelerating a little bit, then breaking again. never stopped, drove through pits and left it, was driving 1 or 2 more laps, than stopped without fuel i think...
