I'd like the percussive sound/click sound when vehicles have contact with wall/car to be removed by ISI or at least set to non-looping mode. It's quite nasty when a car hits the wall and its wings (or parts of them) are stuck between the well and player's car.

Hadn't tried rf2 in maybe 6 months due to a few different reasons, one being my pedals broke (don't buy a t500!). Tried it yesterday and mind blown. I always forget just how beautiful rf2 feels when i take a break.

    A few things of note:

    1. rf2 is just too good at fwd cars, they cannot be beaten.
    2. Sebring is amazing.
    3. ISI are starting to nail the graphics - tell me it doesn't look gorgeous?
    4. Assetto, another i tried yesterday and really want to like, simply feels boring by comparison...

A year or maybe two from now and there will be more online players playing rFactor2 than iRacing. Promise. ;)

You are not serious to compare Simulators by using Modders content.. especially BES MOD on rF2.. are you?

I guess he is... Pretty damn ridiculous to post sub-par mod content and compare it to other sims, you doing it on purpose?

Even using the modded stuff rF2 still looked the best.. Which is surprising.

    Yes
Or is this track (with the yellow border)? Laguna Seca

...Comparisons are useless since each is different sims.
I believe that ISI is the only one with this kind of tires that no one else has.
And just for that no comparison.

Fabulous mod: Datsun Skyline GT-R (Hakosuka) at Suzuka

In case you have the slightest interest in 60s or 70s cars, try this mod!

Nice logic that things that are different cant be compared. If things were the same there would not be a reason to compare?

I actually think its fair enough to include modded content since RF2 is a sim where a part of the concept is to rely on third party tracks and mods. If ppl want to race Laguna Seca in RF2 this is what they would get to race right?

Whats the problem anyway - RF2 is about physics and tire model so why bother how it looks? Sorry to be a bit sarcastic :p

A little HDR comparative in Build 770.

The sky looks much better without HDR, more blue. With HDR looks greyish.

The contrast is also too strong. In objects when the sun gives them the back, they look almost black when they should have more color, especially when the sun is high. In the circuit, when the sun is low, or is cloudy, everything looks a little dark, would have to be a little more ambient light.

Except this, i love HDR in RF2. It gives a lot of depth to the lighting.
