Dat Dust.

 

Well.. However the new particle system is impressive compared to what we've had, we still don't have some sort of volumetric particles (dustclouds for example) I wonder if 'being phased in' in the release notes means we're going to get some better looking (volumetric) clouds in the near future.

 

ISI restored my faith in them with this latest build. I am extremely happy that they are still adding game changing features and graphics effects. I am certain that when they say phased in, that the nice smoke effects we have now, with the self shadowing is only the beginning. Also the track reflections have some tiny problems, but the road surfaces are now looking way more real with the new advanced shaders they added to enable nice looking mirage and morning dew effects as shown in those screens. As far as I know Loch Drommond is the only track to have it so far. I have to say that i am very excited to see what the future holds now.

Nice editing there.. Good job on the motion blur around the edges.. However, I would add a radial blur to the wheelrims.. just to give it just that bit more

F1lover...i love those cars, but there is one thing that always puts me off when watching your pics. The wheels and tires look wrong in my opinion. They looked perfect in the rf1-mod but here they look odd.
Keep up the good work..
