Fantastic shots Valter... makes rf2 look really good and realistic.

First one is awesome.

 

Actually, i just posted this pics cause i believe sincerely that rf2 made a huge progress in graphic department over the last builds. Not only in graphics but in overall performance allowing people with less specs to run it with a bit more quality.
The gap between other sim titles and rf2 become shorter.

Just love feels3 textures on grass, kerbs, etc.

I just dont know what "other sims" do you guys mean iRacing looks worse than rF2, AC has only better cars and thats not by much. pCars is no sim, GSC looks worse than rF2, What are the better looking sims please?

 

Not only it looks better with dev progress, the more time is past the more powerfull hardware is in use. There is a great diff between the GFX cards from two years ago and now as for example.

I sort of do not agree with Valter, from very first build I saw the beauty in rF2.


Best distinction I can make is a nice shot in GPL and rFactor2.


That may sound really dumb but for me at least both those produce shots with .............ahhh ! I can't explain it, just looks more believable to me.

Too true man, too true.

This sim is beautiful. Free of all that idiotic post fx and fancy synthetic gloss.

It's just raw, authentic and extremely detailed; therefore it is beautiful, imo.
I guess the beauty comes from it being so raw... Motorsport is raw and gritty, not neat and polished.
I guess this is what makes me love the look of rF2.
