This has a bit too strong ffb. Had to lower multi to 0.4 but offroad is still rough (I know I should be driving there ). Seems to be the same problem as with two Petros' mods. T500RS wheel here.
Haven't had much time to test, but I think this mod is very nicely built. Driving feels great. T500 here too, you can adjust ffb strength in the car Tuning section.
Try the above mention upgrades on the tuning screen, and if it's still too strong let us know and we can add an extra lower level... We've had the opposite said in the past which is why we've got the different levels in there...
Thank you. A good foundation. Some feedback if I may.... Tried out the low FFB upgrade however I found the FFB torque much too strong and had to lower the multi to 0.4-.05 to ensure no FFB clipping (CSR e). The vehicle lacks allot feel so I have to question the physics/tyre model. I ran an extreme test at Sebring (bumby) on Full stiff springs and Full stiff bump dampers and whilst the cockpit was bouncing all over the place there was very very little FFB jolt. Exterior looks well done however the interior is very basic and is lacking textures. The sound could also do with some love. Cheers
Will try it in a moment, thanks for all your work! can the vehicle name be changed to something more descriptive than "LMP1"? I've had requests on rF2 Rank to add this car, but I'm afraid the class name is too generic and will lead to mix-ups down the road. Uwe
Hi Coutie, i found one of my older model. Aston Martin AMR-ONE, the open LMP1, its not soo old but i never released it, no HD cockpit but exterior model is done with templates and rather that i delete it eventually, do you want to have it? You can do with it whatever you want. Drop me pm if youre interested.
Update? btw, tried low ffb setting from the tuning menu and it was still pretty harsh for my T500RS. I think I had 0.4 multi... maybe I could go a bit lower, but sometimes I have lost the ffb almost entirely when lowering multi too much, I mean there can be a thin line between too strong feel and no feel.
Don't know man. I don't think any of us have that wheel, so I can't really give you any advice. This car will be part of the next patch. It was provided by Ales Ogrinc.
