A month ago I say both, today I say rf2, just dont have the massive number of mods like rf1 in case you want a specific car/track, but definelitely I say rf2.
Sounded like you didn't have the correct track installed or were you trying an isi track? Just drop back to the main screen and swap 'series' is all that's needed,no tool needed or multiple install.
Goto xfactorracing.com homepage jump onto teamspeak3 and someone will gladly help you install what you need to install
One more thing I thought of is how the step up in physics has affected my desire for new content. Even now that I focus on single track each week I never feel like I have mastered a track. There is always more to improve because there is so much more I can do with such greater physics detail. I am always excited to re-visit a track because I know I will find tenths all over the track and even when I feel like I have found most of them the actual performance of putting it all together makes it incredibly intense. Whenever I qualify or race in rf2, I end covered in sweat. I never had this in r1 but my driving has improved great since (because of?) rf2. My point is that loads of content is no longer important to me. I would trade time to practice and more online competitors for new content any day.
