    Hi,

3 members of my league get their player folder totally erased (Multiplayer.ini, PLR and SETUPS!!!) after they played a replay from our last week race.

The only change that we have made is updating the mod this week from version 2.0 to 2.1.
It has been reported to me that it shows a popup message saying that rFactor 2 would need to fix a problem before viewing the replay. If they answer no, they can't view it. If they answer Yes, all their data is erased...

    Please fix that ISI...

Yep, happened to me half year ago (also I do not remember popup message, but remember watching replay) and to others in our league.

Major bug, because people loose all their setups and settings, and with this all their time spent with sim before.

I'm searching all over the code and can't figure out what this is. What's the exact message that comes up?

I will need to take a backup first, then I will try again.

I'll try to do it tonight...

Figured it out, thank you. It's from no longer having the mod installed, and it can't actually be fixed, so for some reason that Accept button was actually a 'Delete Profile' button!

Would there be a way to say play anyway if the mod is installed but for an older version?

For example, in our mod the only thing that has changed from version 2.0 to 2.1 is that we added a track.

Or is there another way to hack the file file and say it's for a newer version of the mod even if I know that it is not recommended and could cause error if it'as not done correctly ?
