Some weeks ago i packaged a vmod and i put an icon (Mod_NameICON.dds). The version of this vmod was the V 1.0
This week i've packaged a new version (V 2.0) of this mod and i've included a different icon.
My surprise is that the image showed when you select the serie is the same in both versions.
The image shown is the V 1.0
If i uninstall the V 1.0 then the image of the V 2.0 is ok.

I have different images because i include the track in the icon (the vehicle is alwais the same)
The v 1.0 is referred to the first race of the championship, the v 2.0 to the second one ...
Then it's interesting to have different icons for each version, and my idea was to have in the icon an image of the map of the track.

I don't know if it's a bug, if it's ok, or i'm doing something bad.

    Thanks

I bumped into this too. You just have to use a different file name for the .dds files and all will be fine.

Sorry for the delay. I've been out of home.
    Thank you very much.
I'll test it this week in the next version.

The reason for this is supposed to be in the way rf2 handles the MAS files. When you have a version 2, with the same filename in it, the system goes top down in the masses. The first entry it finds, is being used, in your case its the V1 version.

At least thats what I have learned about this :)

Its not only in relation to this example as well. If you update textures or GTMs , I believe you have the same issue.
