Cannot Sign In / License Not Found - Now fixed, Reactivate if needed

You should be fine now if you login. If you are 'all grey' on the simulate tab, reactivate.

If you CANNOT SIGN IN:

Send an email to help@rfactor.net with subject Cannot Sign In.

In the body of the email, list:

Email: Account Email
First Name: First Name
Last Name: Last Name
RF#: Your Order Number

Your email is your primary ID in our system, if you cannot find the RF number, the email is essential.

If you can sign in, but get LICENSE NOT FOUND:

Send an email to help@rfactor.net with the subject License Not Found.

In the body of the email, list:

Email: Account Email
First Name: First Name
Last Name: Last Name
RF#: Your Order Number

Your email is your primary ID in our system, if you cannot find the RF number, the email is essential.

If your issue seems connected, but varies from these two distinct issues, please send as License Not Found and explain what is different.

Note that this is a manual process, please give time to action your email. It may be an over night wait for some. Thanks for your patience this afternoon.

I'm not sure which I need; I enter username and pass and i get a box saying "account status" which is empty, and everything is grey. So does this count as signed in?
