The skippy got awesome physics, best weight of the car feeling ever, blast at LRP, other cars feels a bit cheap, no Skippys online

 

Enough of talk let´s go party!!!

Edit - And another thing I forgot to mention is that rFactor 2 has a level of detail in the physics and ffb that makes every lap different, even without real road. I no longer need a steady stream of content to hold my interest. And the immersion and adrenaline of league events with this level of detail in the physics leaves my mouth dry and my shirts drenched in sweat. A car / track combo is now a mystery adventure where you do hundreds and hundreds of laps with a seemingly endless supply of secrets to be revealed. I never imagined I would ever specialize in a single car but with rF2 I do. Pretty amazing stuff. And your experience only deepens as your driving improves.

Not that impressed at launch because of gfx, but since the latest developments this sim now shines - complementing great physics and FFB.

Why is it that the previews of DRM mod 3 for RF1, the cockpits look 10 times better than any thing in RF2?

hey man, take it easy... There are other ways for you to write as you did, without using the phrasing you chose. The only reason I mention it, is because I have done that from time to time too. I did it today, then went and re-worded what I wrote as to not be so offensive. Try it man. Goes a long way

 

Better than RF1, and better than most others. Cant complain, its a decent Sim.

Hated it, hated it, hated it. Eventually, LOVED IT. Truly engrossing, immersive and intense racing. Still a way to go, but on the right track.

 

honestly i don't agree. It is still heavily on beta, like someone said maybe still not even in beta.
Taken the physics and tires, everything is just a copy of rf1 so everything related to racing environment just does not exist.
No championship
No relationship between sessions (weather, tires, engine, transmission)
Obviously no relationship between races
No properly damage/failure system (just completely random stuff

Let's face it, this game is becoming a wonderful car simulation but it also too old as racing environment, something that even game of 1999 had.
Racing is not just about brake, turn wheel and push the throttle, it is also about manage the pressure, preserve the car, be smart and have a bit of lucky ....all things that rFactor 1 and 2 does not provide!!!!! GOOD CAR SIMULATOR, UGLY AS HELL RACING SIMULATOR!

I just hope i didn't pay for this, i hope this is a matter of time or else will be a big missed opportunity!
And to those who like to compare against iRacing, that game is not complete either just have a good racing community nothing else!
