I start a small track using trackmaker and PointTools First 15 minutes for build the reference splines and create main track and pit box.
I change the elevation of main track now need to align the pitbox track with main track!. No problem i go to "Elevation profile" tab press "Up. from Spl" and update the pit_box reference line from other Spline( main track reference spline) and the Z coordinates will match with main track.
Mapping the main track using "Spline mapping" just one click! Don't need to pick the spline the script take from center.

For pitbox track split the splines for EDGES and Terrain panel to add the edge from track pitbox. For track merge i have to choices. Merge with "shapemerge" compound object or do it with splines. For shapemerge need to collapse track to editpoly and take the cut spline from main track. If merge with splines i need to snap the lines to the main track and apply spline mapping at the end. I don't need to delete nothing i just move the points to snap main track and convert the curves to lines. Detach the center line for mapping after cut the track and add edges.
After fix some small bugs in script the final track merge. Track , edges and terrain all with spline. When collapse all to mesh can do the small fix and mesh optimizations. The UV mapping are made with the original border splines.
Big thanks to yourself Mario for all the work you put into these scripts . Max is a steep learning curve and your tools make things much easier. I hope it helps more people to create good tracks in the future as its much easier now to take an existing track from rF1 and modify it to a better quality.
Nice stuff! I'd recommend changing the name, though; as there is a Track Maker plugin for Maya that was made by someone else. Using the same name could cause some confusion.
