Yep I cant find the forgot password link look at couple other post I cant find the password button are reactivation area. it was remembered but for some reason lost that and has reset. can anyone help please
I tried to find it myself just to see if you're blind or not (; Neither I could find it. In purchase tab I clicked 'help/support', and was sent to the forums, so my launcher pretty much turned into a browser, lol. My password was lost yesterday too, maybe because of ISI recently switched their world server to a new data center (?). I'm sure someone at ISI can help you, if you email them, providing your username and rf2 purchase order number.
I get "No account exists with these credentials." can't get to join multiplayer and it was perfectly working a few hours ago
Hello, same problem, I did not save the password, so every time I want to play online I have to put it back. This happened immediately after the ISI downtime, I made a new installation (LITE) and still the same, I set the password every time I want to play online, in addition more developer the option remains grayed out, is that with the intalacion Lite not active this part of the game? I hope it gets fixed soon because it's uncomfortable to have to login every time you want to play. Sorry for my English. regards
Guys, This is presumably all related to these threads http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/13592-Bug-after-7-18-13-ISI-update http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/13667-Can-not-login-No-account-exists-with-these-credentials http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/13646-Login-details-not-saving http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/13674-log-in http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/13606-Unable-to-join-Multiplayer Some are blaming this on build 240, but we've been running it for a little while now without issues so more likely it's to do with the server maintenance/move that was announced. I think the last we heard was Tim saying the DNS propagation had to work its way around the world in order for things to be all fine again - how correct that is is anyone's guess. DNS propagation seems to get the blame for a lot of things but never seems to take long in easy-to-test situations. But I digress... If you previously had a working, automatic, login happening you may be able to rescue it. Either take your previously backed up .rFactor files (they're in "%appdata%\.rFactor") if you happened to back them up, or use Windows' file restore feature to get an older version. If you can get your hands on your old rFactor.credentials file put a copy somewhere safe, then make the one in the .rFactor folder read-only and with a bit of luck it'll work fine.
same problem here Today have this message "No account exists with these credentials.". I know my login/password but it is not recognized I try to reactivate my account by " i forgot my password" button but any mail received. Please ISI help
same with me but i am able to find my password but its a mess to write it in every time why i cannot store it when i tick "remember me"
for me solution for now is made file rFactor.credentials in X:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\.rFactor read only.. somehow my gets deleted again and again
