BF3, race07 all expansions, GTR2, MW3, CSS. I don't know the multiplayer requirements of rf2 to compare but I can currently connect to these games fine with zero problems.
What are those other games which work? Do any have the multiplayer requirements of rF2 to allow a comparison? Are you using any plugins? No Which ones? Have you tried disabling them? What kind of PC are you using? E8400, 8gb, 7950, Vista What kind of connection?500kb/s Wired or wireless? Wired Have you contacted your ISP to have them check your connection? What did they say? Did you ask them if they block you in any way, ports or speed? No I haven't contacted my ISP. I'll try that tommorow.
