Add a reminder to save setup when leaving the track, otherwise the changes are lost. And add an "undo" button, in case you get goofed up in making changes and want to get back to what you had before a save is done.

From a logical point of view this is a request that should be automatic... If I was setting up a car at the track, and it was late in the day, I would not loose my "camber" adjustment just because I choose to go home for the day. On the other hand the idea of being able to return to a previous adjustment could be made "mandatory" if every time you go to the garage the adjustment was "accepted", requiring a name before leaving the garage. Yes some house cleaning would be required from time to time, but the end result is, you would end up with a running record of the adjustment that you had made. Simply stated.... +1.

Perhaps this could be made "selectable" in the player.ini file.

The auto save feature was in place in NetKar. As it turned out I liked the feature.

During a practice recently, I was in the garage setting up a car when there was a change to another track, I lost everything.
Was a bit bummed as I had spent a lot of time and testing to get to that point.
    Anybody else have this happen?
