HI, I gave TrackIR a try in RFactor2 (218) and even though my FPS are always +60 (using Adaptive Vsync), I find looking round the car interior is Juddery. If I use the look commands to look left or right, it's silky smooth so it only seems to be TrackIR inputs. I dont see this in other games using trackIR. Anyone else seen this or know how to sort it? Thanks.
Happens for me too, but its been there for quite some time for me. I run GTX680 sli and stereoscopic 3DVision (not sure if this has any effect). If I look left / right it can be smooth about 1 time out of 5, the rest its juddery. I have max 60fps constantly, yet still get judder when turning head. I've yet to find a solution. The only other game I use TIR with is Rise of Flight and its smooth as silk in that game.
try messing with these settings in your plr Glance Rate="150.00000" // Rate to follow controller for glancing Glance Angle="0.95000" // Angle to look left/right (yaw) w/ controller in radians (= degrees / 57)
Same here for me aswell at times with a GTX690. It's fine other times though, odd. Fine in AC and GSC. I have used 3D but i also get it under normal conditions aswell Smoothness @ 30% in TrackIR UI
I have a GTX780 so I don't think it's an SLI issue. I also Fly with Rise Of Flight which is now smooth as silk. It also used to have this issue though, but they fixed it.
Read what Kaptainkremmen said above. You also have another thread talking about this problem http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/11911-TrackIR-configuration-roll-axis-inverted (post #5 from me) and a working solution gave by Kaptainkremmen and Vitorrio (at least for me it's OK now).
