Maximum number of activations exceeded

I recently started using rFactor2 after quite a time away. I initially had to re-activate, but then kept having to reactivate or all the simulate tab options were greyed out. Now it comes up with "maximum number of activations exceeded". I emailed 'renewals@rfactor.net' yesterday but have had no reply. I do not think that my emails are being blocked my end as I received the forum registration email fine. Have I contacted the right address? and if not who should I contact to get re-activation?
