I'm not a programer but i think that this can be easy to make and would be a major improvement to keep drivers focus on track.

    Only 2 options

    Show chat when driving
    Don't Show chat when driving

Note that chat by server admin must be always visible.

Only 1 problem with that.. some servers have server spam running all the time. I wish I had the option to turn EVERYTHING off.

Dave I'm talking about leave on just the messages from server admin and not the spam chat. If we have marshall on track they messages must be seen always.

We supose that marshall are not spamming too... :)

Live for Speed has also "spam" messages, but drivers can turn/block everything with one keyboard button

Yeah that would be helpful, option 1; show all chat, option2; admin only, option3; no chat at all.
league racers need admin chat avail but public racers might prefer nothing at all, especially on spam servers.

Can I assume you mean you're on a public server that is advertising its league/site or similar, while you're on track?

Personally I'd consider that to be a pretty good indication of how they treat their members, and steer clear. And probably not bother with their public racing either.
