'No games available' issue is back. This happened when I left game while in an online session. When I came back to computer after one hour, I apparently have had some short internet connection problems because I had some 'reconnect to network' dialog when I minimized rF2. When I was reconnected, and entered rF2 again, I was in the lobby instead, with 'no games available'.

Restart game or restart computer won't work. Only solution to this is completely remove rF2 and activation files and then reinstall, and reactivate. But I don't feel like doing this too often, soon I have used all my activations. I'll stay offline until next build arrives.

    What causes this??

Maybe this should be in technical support. Sorry. Feel free to move it.

There has to be about a 99.99% chance that removing your activation info would make no difference at all - there's just no reason the two would be related. If it appeared that way in the past I would suggest it was a coincidence.

I keep a backup of my .rFactor activation folder ... when it happens to me I shut my game down and then paste it over the top of my .rFactor activation folder which fixes it...you shouldn't need to replace your actual game or reactivate doing this method

But now I have no backup, so only solution is reactivating? But that did not help last time this happened. I reinstalled 3 times and reactivated 3 times, but it didn't work until I tried to do both at the same time. I'm afraid I'll waste my last activation if I only reactivate now, without reinstalling game.

See above. Also Tim was mentioning this as a possible solution.

Last time I had this 'No games available' issue, I completely removed rF2 and reinstalled 3 times! Did not help. I also tried reactivating several times. It did not work until I removed rf2 and activation files at the same time.

Of course I had tried all other possible solutions like firewall, antivirus, modem etc.

    C/users/"your pc name"/appdata/roaming/ .rFactor

Sounds to me like a pc issue and not the sim itself.
