Hello all. i have 3 screen with tri-sli set-up (314.07 nivida drivers), every time I turn on HDR the in game is all white with a faint out line of the cockpit.... ive trying deleteing the shaders folder, but it still does it, using Megane at Malaysia in both single and multiplayer, just a fresh install (rFactor2 Lite and Megane mod) Thank for all help....
A tri sli setup is not a common hardware setup. Hard to say what's wrong. What happens if you run the game on one card? What happens on other tracks? You said you tried to delete the shaders folder. Where is the folder located on your disc (...rFactor2DataFolder\UserData\Log\Shaders)? Have you tried to force a shader rebuild by changing some gfx settings (wind and crowd motion, shadow filter)?
yes that's the location (E:\rFactor2\UserData\Log\Shaders) and I have tried toggling all settings, I just tried one screen and SLI it still gave the white screen but just disable SLI and only one screen and it seem to work fine... so I'm down to it being an SLI issue..... I'm going to start looking in to Nvidia inspector settings...
Just stumbled across this post and thought it might help you. Seems as if HDR is broken with three graphics cards. Cheers, Marcus
Thanks for the heads up Diablo, it was the 3-SLI issue, shame it is cause i had to lower my resolution to compensate for only using 2 cards. but lucky I can still use my 3 screens (Nvidia requires me to use all three cards for 3 screen) I've just adjusted Nvidia Inspector profile so only 2 cards render and it seems to work alright...(screen shots below) Once again thanks guy for helping us out.... race on.... Glad I could help, CUZ11N. Does anyone know if this has been reported as a bug yet? Otherwise I´d suggest moving this thread to the bug reporting section.
im not sure i was having troubles finding anything with white screen, that's why i posted how do i move it to bug section?
Actually it has already been done, thanks. Edit: Err, it hasn´t, was looking at the wrong thread. Writing something in thread is sufficient apparently, assuming there is always a moderator around reading. Also the report button can be used for that.
