[REL] EnduranceRacingX EGT by URD Update V2 July 2016!

Forget the tyre temp warnings. Only the tyre surface gets messured and thats to dynamic. You need the rubber Temps from Inside of the tyre and thats impossible with the spotter

 

I may have missed any comments on this issue I am experiencing with the latest URD version;

"I installed the MOD in a clean rF2 v998, for some reason the installed URD_C6r_ZR1_70 car/skin does not show in the in game directory, only the other 2 cars do. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?"

I just installed the MOD onto a clean rF2 v1008, car #70 does not appear in-game. Any feedback? Thank you!

 

In v1.97 some cars were left out. The C6r #70 was one of them.

When watching some fellow league members driving these cars yesterday, some of them were really abusing the gearbox under braking. In real life those gearboxes wouldn't last long with the super fast downshifting.. Are there plans to make this more realistic?
If anything a complete gearbox failure should be the outcome of such abuse

We need a downshift prevention like in Iracing or Raceroom.

 

Have you noticed that with the improvements brought by ISI to the lighting model, URD cars are too shinny (especially at Mills)?
I tried a black alpha channel to no avail (with C6R).

And about gears, that is something since F1challenge i really hated. It was allways to unreal how some people raped those gears when downshifting. I have tested few settings around that but no good results yet, any suggestions welcome.

Hmm, it just might be we have to wait till some gearbox/drivetrain improvements are implemented. I believe those were announced around the time chassis flex got introduced.

The more I test APEX GT, the more I wish the Darche behaved closer to the Porsche in it. There is something that feels like the car's dynamics and tires that stand out from the way the Darche feels here, that from footage seems a better representation.

How close are the 911 GT3 and the 911 RSR in real life? I know about the lower HP but slightly better aero in the Endurance class but was wondering about the other areas of the car.

 

I've noticed with the latest update that for some reason I am unable to create virtual rides for the Darche but I am able to create rides for the other cars. Any work around for this?

 

Any updates on the CPM?

 

I know the team at URD is busy, but is there any chance for IMSA spec Darche sounds in the future?
