Hi, could anyone send me the template for Darche? Links at unitedracingdesign.com seems broken.

 

Probably because the template will be redone for the new parts and the adjustment of the shadow layer for the front. I'm waiting for the new template before creating new skins so they'll fit the new model right from the start.

 

Just tried the Darche and i must say that despite the minor cockpit issue, it is a piece of art in terms of driving experience!!! Any chance of releasing the next update this week (withs the AM)??

 

Yes, this is my aim now to get it by end of week.

Templates work on our website under downloads. And yes, shadow layer will be changed thought the diferente is only on front. Will be easy to adjust older textures to new template.

I have been racing this mod offline. the only prob I can find (other than finding out my wheel is not drool-proof! ) is that the AI are VERY aggressive. BTCC aggressive. My aggression setting is turned way down for this mod- 5% and the AI strength I adjust to the track. I know the AI is a lot faster in practice than in the race, so I set the AI to be a bit faster than me in practice so I match up well in the race. I have tested at Nuerburg 4.5, McNolo's Bahrain and Daytona RC. I tested Nuerburg and Bahrain against Corvettes only, Daytona against all the current URD GT cars (I am driving the Vette)

At every track the AI do a few things that really make them poor opponents in any sort of distance race where psychotic aggression is not good. 1) they dive-bomb up the inside of any and every corner even when they are too far back to pull it off and it will mess up corner exit, but they do it anyway. 2) they hit you coming out of a corner and spin you a lot. It's a nightmare having even a slower AI behind you because of the combo of dive bombing + punting. It's like the worst pubby server in the world LOL.

I'm not complaining, I just wanted to post this and let you know, Ales in case you are planning including talent files with the final mod.

Champion Motorsports is now officially running this mod as our core rF2 option in our GT Challenge Series. Races are on Saturday afternoons USA , evening UK. You must have a fully licensed copy of EGT from URD to join. We will also add Prototypes to the series when available. We are a long-time Sportscar League since 1999, with LARGE fields, and mature drivers and community. - DA

Quick search and didn't found anything related to rF2, just rF1 tracks. Maybe we must improve our G Searching skills?!
