Im trying to load corvette-Indianapolis. It tells me im missing Indianapolis v0.1 virtual cmp. I have Indianapolis v0.1 in packages but I guess its not the virtual cmp? where can I get the proper one? & whats a cmp file Thanks Bob
CMP file is known as Component. As for where to get it, it's not an ISI track so would need to google it, locate it from the server who is hosting it (via their forum or similar), or wait for someone to post a link to the track in here (if it's been released to the public). May or may not answer your question, but hopefully for your sake, someone will provide you with a link to download the track.
Bobs, "in packages" makes it sound as though you have done only that--- it's not enough, my man. You also need to open the mod manager and install that same package before the sim will be aware of it. You should see it in the mod manager's list with "no" in the "installed" column... just click the magic button and let it do its dance--- "no" becomes "yes", and presto-chango, you're no longer "missing" that there cmp. I hope that fixes it up for you.
