I've tried two home PCs and applies the climate perfectly , I just need to prove to the dedicated server but it sure works because the error was the same as that given at home. As soon as I try , I mention here . Gerard really thank you very much , you did a fantastic job. greetings
I put the files in directory in my case: C:\Users\Eike\Documents\rFactor2 and executed the app. You can check that the error is in called of the DLL. Look the image with better quality. View attachment 17262
Could you please provide me your player.JSON file please. Something is unexpected for the tool when collecting session duration.
Static Tool v2.3.1 Available - Updated files: rFactor2WorldWeather.exe Fix a crash that prevent to launch the static tool. Due to session duration greater than 23 hour and 59 minutes.
It save the image under the "/www/images/radar/radar-plugin-<pluginPort>.png", so if you have activated the HTTP server, you can retrieve it using an http query or using <img src=...> So you can add this image in your website for example.
I can get the image by going to http://127.0.0.1:8081/images/radar/radar-plugin-12345.png But I can't seem to poke it through the Windows firewall so it is seen by the outside world!
Try something like this -> http://127.0.0.1:8081/WeatherWidget.csp?plugin=12345 If you want it visible from "the outside world" you need your public IP and replace the 127.0.0.1. And you have to open your TCP port 8081 (incoming connection) in your firewall.
Just can't seem to push it out the windows firewall. I can do it on my machine, but I have a Sky Router.
For the realtime server specifically, would it be possible to use different profiles via the command line? This was I would only need one app if I need to perhaps use a couple of installations of rFactor 2 on the same machine.
Use different port configuration in the plugin ini file. The weather szrver already handle any number of plugins (rF2 instances)
But the ini with the realtime server exe needs to point to the correct CORE. If I have two CORE installs then I can't point them at two places at once.
