Thanks for the update. Nice to have some improvements ( track surface ) for malaysia I did 30 + laps with the c6 without a loop, I no my driving hasn't improved must be the track surface.
It is not that easy to avoid this as a human as well. I know what to do, yet I have rolled the Clio on numerous occasions, especially on the second to last corner at Limerock, by just clipping the curb in a certain angle. It also happens quite often at the corner just after the lefthander on the same track. In both cases there is not much that can be done to avoid crashing the car, it is either roll it or steer out of the roll tendency just to hit the nearby wall.
Well thats 1 option is rather silly, i still play with cars/mods that uses old malaysia it so its not really option. But ye got it working allready with vmod posted in this thread
Thanks for this, it's an huge improvement, and we need to adapt our driving style now and be more realist! Edit: and hopefully I understood now the vmod stuff and enjoyed the full Malaysia track thanks to vmod posted around here, nice job on this track!
Thanks for this Easter present! havent really tried the clio yet, but when driving the Marrusia on Sepang it feels much more controllable and FPS are good, a very nice improvement.
how i fix the duplicate clios on cars list? it was not suposed the new clio install over the old clio?
do you mean mills? but without mills, even duplicated carlist i will reinstall old clio to participate on Mills races
the duplicated carlist is not really a problem, just irritating, because its labeled as 1.0 but you have not shown, the duplicated carlist

Will be using the MR01 on maylasia over this weekend, I think there are still updates to come on maylasia & the HDR as some strange graphical flare effect is happening, It's nice to get some update though as it defo looks better Roll on next build, hope the crash bug dosnt cause a big problem
Ok I`ve installed these updates and have come across a problem or two... I also have the duplicated Clio`s but have uninstalled v1.0 but not tested yet so hopefully that has fixed that one. I also noticed when trying the new Clio`s that my, player car has normal sounds and sounds ok but the AI sounds are much lower... say my car`s engine is at volume 8 for eg, well the AI`s (in this case it was our Tim) is at volume 2. Now maybe this has/had something to with the duplicates and maybe uninstalling v1.0 has fixed this too but thought I`d mention it... More testing needed. Forgot to mention, I also tried just installing as usual, I`ve not used any user created vmods yet and I also can only find the new updates in the spinner view...
It doesnt work for me.... If i uninstall Formula Master, Formula Renault and Malaysia 1.0 too, it works. If i reinstall the rfmods, it doesnt work.
just use plain windows explorer go to \locations\malaysia and manually delete folder 1.0 and 1.2 (only 1.42 folder should remain) go to \vehicles and delete Clio folder that not have 1.41 sub-folder inside (look at last modified date to guess) that worked for me
I love rf2 but I can't wait until it goes gold and they clean up this whole vmod-rfmod fiasco that it has created. I can't remember ever being this confused about importing mods in rf1. To me the system as it currently stands is just a major pain in the a**... it does have its good side though, it makes filing my taxes this year seem relatively easy.
