DTM 2012 Skinpack for T5 Series by SRRF Modding Crew

Yeah i have optimize the red / yellow tone from Red Bull Logo ... in skin pack the circle is more orange than yellow.
hope you like the actually version of skinpack ... i think its more than a skinpack

 

Yeah the RedBull logo was too bright, now it looks great.

 

Updated Red Bull skin looks much better. Red was a little too saturated before.

Also looking forward to the talent file.

 

@Jamezinho: Yeah i have started with DTM 2012 Talentfile but there are so much options to set .. and its not easy to find the optimal settings for every driver.

I'm going to Brands Hatch on the 19th of May to watch the DTM (for the third year running). It's a great series to watch.

 

Any possibility of getting an updated version of this mod now that ISI tracks have been updated?

Just a query, is it not possible to make the Skins pack an rfcmp file like the Clio's Air Asia Cup Skins (& therefore not dependent on tracks)?

 

That would be the best solution. Then people can make their own vmods to race online.

 

I think that´s the idea of the next update if I am not wrong.

ISI is making all mods and tracks not dependent from each others so mods now should be made in the same way.

 

Hope so because this skin pack requires old tracks to be installed. One that requires no tracks at all would be better.

 

Yes, I saw that after uninstall some content. Let´s see.

Edit: @madleecher: remember to make the next update 1.2, not depending of other tracks and mods please! I can´t use the current skinpack anymore because I had to delete older mods to put the new ones from ISI.

can't install the skins because am missing mills 1.2, palm beach 1.1 and portugal 1.2
have installed the new versions of these tracks, where can I get the "old" ones

Exactly! It helps a lot. For example I had 3.4 GB of "repeated files (different versions of the same track) because of that.

If we need old versions of tracks for a mod or skinpack as in this case, it will be bad for when we have/need to update. Also this way it will be quite simple for you once you make a mod/skinpack.
You make a version that you know is 100% polished/finished and you won´t need to update it again because other stuff needs to be updated.

It should be that way since the beginning.
