seems to glitchy to even run laps

Check that your pc isn't throttling either the cpu or gfx card.

 

for a start put it on your native monitor resolution as that seems wack, then lift the refresh rate, to most likely 60, as yours is probly stuttering because of that on 30. gl

 

ok fixed resulution turned everything up and seemed good so .. i think we have a winner thank you
