Yep... the "If" and "at this point" will be lost in translation and late next week someone will say "But Tim said..." ;)

Today I had a dream that the ISI would launch 4 new cars. Hope is the last to die! :p

Unless the build is not ok. It's not really much of a concern if someone wishes to annoy themselves by making some other assumption.

We now always plan to release any builds/content after a full weekend of testing (we were asking the impossible of testers before). So anything which Jeremy says is promising should (doesn't mean it can't) get released the following week, early in that week.

    I welcome that.
Before that a new bulit brought new features and bugfixing but alongside also some new bugs.
I think it´s the right decision to take a closer look now before release something.
As you know, better quality means less frustration, better public perception, more sales.

GOOD that's the best thing that could happen. Look at racing, with pretty big quarterly updates. Always trying to improve the tyre model for different cars (and the tyre model in general), trying to improve the graphics engine itself, the sound engine itself, graphics options, game options and functionality, physics of aero, transmission, drivetrain, etc etc. Doing updates of all old content (cars and tracks) in order to update them to use newer tyre models, newer sound engine, new tranny modeling, etc etc etc

I hope (and believe) that ISI is doing the same with RFactor 2 for at least 4 more years. (at a certain point obviously they will need to move on and release RFactor 3, can only go so far technically with certain things until an all new engine is needed)

This looks like one man work, possible two, no more.
I am starting to feel like a unhappy costumer. Dam at least update all cars to no need other components ver.

It's strange that they have been so quiet about the next build. I will be somehow suprised if this quietness continues next week.

But I'm getting a new wheel soon so that satisfies my need for something new :p
