The thing that's weird about rF2- and why I know it'll look great once the right content comes out- is that every now and again, the game nails it. Sometimes I see some part of a track or something will happen and I'm like- whoa, that looked like it was a picture, not a game. Sp this engine has it in it, it just needs to be brought out.

In time I think modders will bring the best out of this engine and we will have almost photo-like tracks and mods.

I have exact this feeling every time jumping in the Megane over the Uphill Chicane at Lime Rock Park in the afternoon.
Every damn lap and I have to smile every time on the same turn.
This is my fix if anything in racing goes wrong, I just do this and everything is ok again.

Dude. like....DUDE. That's creepy haha. I would totally race that all the time!!! Reminds me of one of the old NFS ORIGINAL hot pursuit tracks, one of those crazy aquarium ones with wild space backgrounds.

Actually, it looks REALLY GOOD!!! Shadow wise. You think you could upload that profile? "Mars Attacks - GT2 Edition"

Personally and please i don't want that anyone get mad with my comment but for rFactor 2 became even better and good looking people that are converting crap from rF1 must stop with that. 3D simed is a great tool and saves a lot of time but must not be used like it as been...

From ISI i expect what is missing yet in rF2. Rain spray, rain in windows, etc. All the rest we need that good modders give us even if we have to pay for it....

    Cheers:)

god there's always some 1 going on about eye candy they have said in the past it was not a high priority at this time so just sit back wait and when we get to the 1st offical release then come back in here and have your say till then this is all garbage talk. and most ppl would rather other things finished b4 the CANDY.

I just look forward to the optimization so that both make of cards can run at full potential. Theeennnn bring on the eye candy as with todays game structures we can have the best of both worlds to a certain extent. EYE Candy and Physics.

I like the rF1 tracks that have been converted. They were good enough to race in rF1, I think they are good enough to race in rF2 :)

Now there are some crappy tracks in rF1 for sure I hope they never see the light of day but so far the tracks have been good ones. Obviously the tracks made for rF2 specifically will look better, but a good stop-gap are converted rF1 tracks. We need content for rF2.

I don't know how you can handle the ffb jolts you get when the track doesn't haveenough polygons. Particularly the iDT Conversions have been bad for this.
