Just like it was in rf1, yes I know this has been requested loads of times before but I've recently found another rreason why:
As the current bonnet cam is offset to the left (presumably designed to be in line with the steering wheel) the sound is 20% greater through the left speaker. To hear the difference just switch back and forth between bonnet and nose cam and you'll see, it's heavily noticeable when wearing headphones.
I won't go into the other reasons why it should be centered as they have been detailed elsewhere.

I agree 100%. This bonnet cam setting is already unrealistic, so please push the unrealistic way a little more and allow us to put it in the center (or as an option perhaps if some want to keep it left sided), thanks! ;)

    +1 for bonnet cam
I'd also like TV Cockpit in the center aswell, not everyone drives a lefthand drive car.

Clios updated, disappointed to see the bonnet cam not changed and/or an option to chose whether you want the bonnet cam off center. Give us the option please ISI, thanks.

    +1.

Or just recode it to give us access to these parameters so we can set them ourselves.

Such a basic, common sense thing to do.

´t was the first thing I asked on the first day of release, never got an answer. Just let us have open cam files, like in the old rF1 days. I understand the need for packing the physics files but cameras???
Center the bonnet cam, move the center point of swingman and so on. One day there will be non-ISI mods, what if they have some weird cams (again, like it was in rF1, some modders had really strange camera views)?

If you want to edit the camera files you can do it, go to installed/vehicles/thecaryouwant/x.xver select the mas file with "_main", open it with mas2 tool, extract the .cam file, edit it, then put it again to the mas file, for a process to unpack and repack try this:

Whilst helpful that unfortunatley would cause mismatches for online racing, not everyone wants to do that.
