It has come to the point where I don't give a damn anymore how stupid this looks. XD I don't see some mods appearing in the mod manager. And more important, I don't know how to choose the Alll Cars option, so I can drive the cars that are not part of some packaging system or something. And to choose All Cars online there is a different procedure? I really am lost. And I googled. But the instructions I've seen don't work for me.
Yes, I've done both. The Clio file not showing up in the manager, I can believe I am doing something wrong myself there. But the All Cars option is just not showing for me. The option just isn't there. My mind = blown XD
You sure you pasted the files in the "packages" folder? It should be there. And how come the "all cars" options isn't visible? :\
yes, it's the clio mod that's not showing up in the mod manager. In windows explorer i see it in the packages folder though. The All Carrs option was there in a previous build.
For the missing 'All tracks & cars' button seems like you have same problem reported here http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.p...s-gone-from-setup-save-dialogue-box-in-garage. Since you also have problems with missing mods too, it could be easier just to reinstall the game. DJC
Thanks for the responses guys. I'll do that. I've never uninstalled a game, so I'm going to find out how that stuff works.
I solved the missing "All Cars and tracks" button installing from scfatch a full build (146), not updating from previous one (I was updating since the second or third build)
It still isn't working for me. The Clio mod does not show up in the mod manager. The Corvette did and is installed according to the mod manager. But I can't see the Clio mod in the manager. Can you guys imagine the agony? Having the Corvette installed, but not being able to use it...
Downloaded the Clio mod about ten times over from different sources also. But it's just not appearing. Just updated the 60's mod. So the file structure is working correctly.
just go there and install from there. If you have placed mod into packages then it will show up in game.
Look inside your rFactor 2 datafolder. Open the "Manifests" folder and search for a file named "renault clio cup_10.mft". Delete this file and open modmanager. Check if the clio mod is in the list.
It's also possible you have a corrupt Clio mod download, the file details should be :- ISI1053-v10-RenaultClioCup.rfmod 338 MB (355,235,641 bytes) CRC-32: 7bbc8ca6 MD5: bc5b5ee5bcbd201bd877bd39fe96094b
Yeeeeuuuuiiii!!!! The Clio mod is working. I deleted that .mft file, but I also deleted an All Cars mod so I don't know what exactly did the trick. Anyway, the Clio mod is showing up and working now. Now I only need to get to the All Cars so I can drive the Corvette
I´d suggest you do a clean reinstallation once more, because I don´t think you can get the "all tracks & cars_10.mft" back. After uninstalling check the rFactor2 folders (Data and installation root) for leftovers. Delete everything that was left behind except your Packages and UserData folders. Then install afresh. On a related note, I´d recommend to use the Bittorrent download options wherever possible, since file integrity check is part of the protocol, so you can be sure your download was not corrupted or aborted. µTorrent for example let´s you do a recheck for your peace of mind, but unless you have a problem with your storage device a recheck should not be necessary. Cheers, Marcus
Unzip the file into the Manifests folder. View attachment all tracks & cars_10.zip Edit: I hope you have not deleted the rfm files for the all cars and tracks mod.
FWIW, I just moved mine out of the way to see what happens. Much to my surprise I still have the "All Tracks & Cars" option visible and working. Looking at it again, it has a timestamp of July 25th 2011, so I guess it just is a dead non-used file.
