DashMeterPRO on SG3 ?

i used it on the former build......after the new build it doesent work anymore, i have the newest software from Sensadigit.
but noticed they altered a bit in the pref.cfg
anyone who can help me ???

 

Sorry but I can't answer you but I want to use this 3d to make another observation
I don't know why but after the fresh installation that I did after new Build of rF2 where I had deleted every thing, I discoverd that both Dashmeter pro(in my tablet) and iHud(in my iphone S5),both work without any plugin!
Even GI-Max and SPI-D work now without any plugin!
did I miss something?

 

Working here on a droid. Didn't do anything special.

 

i press help in the android app, and type that IP in my config.cfg.

but there are 2 places i can type in IP, first time i typed IP in first line......didnt help
then typed "true" in second display + plus one more place i could type in IP, did that.....no help.
i dont even get the connect icon in iR 2 as i used to.

 

Unless you are running another monitor you can leave the 2nd monitor IP blank. You just need to be sure you have the IP of your device entered correctly.

If it was working before, I'm not sure why it would have stopped with 125. Are you sure you have the plugin in the plugin folder?

Are you sure you have the latest version of the software from the web site and the latest version downloaded on your device? There was an update for my droid just last week.

 

im almost 100 % sure........automatic update on my droid, and just got the newest software on sensadigit =_v1_12_rf2

 

I have my droid set to auto update too, but it doesn't always get dash meter pro. You might want to double check and manually update it if needed.

Well that's good and bad then. ;-) I'm out of suggestions at this point I'm afraid. The only time mine has stopped working has been when my wireless IP changed (happens occasionally at home) or there was an update that my phone did not automatically pick up. After a manual update I was good to go.

Hopefully someone else can chime in or you figure it out.

I wouldn't uninstall rF2. It's not an rF2 problem.

 

I had the exact same issues as you're having after B125 update...

-First download the connection test program from sensadigit, configure it, run it, flashing leds will let you know the connection is good.

-If (like me) it still doesn't work in-game, I'm afraid you need to do a fresh (complete) reinstall of RF2... I too did the "update" to B125 and nothing worked until I did a complete reinstall of RF2. That's what got mine working again..

You probably didn't want to hear that, but it worked for me.

 

Has anyone figured out the problem to this. I have installed the App last night, opened all ports, unblocked in firewall, & NOTHING. The plug shows onscreen then goes away, but nothing on my Samsung Galaxy S3.

Same problem here. App shows that it is ready to go but nothing happens afterwards. It's like it's connected but does not receive any data to show on screen. Plugin is in the right place, port and ip adress is correct.

Any ideas?

 

im using rfdisplay on my android,and in build 125 everything was fine.but in this build my RPM leds dont work any more,gears and speed works fine.so i think maybe something is changed in this build..

 

Can anyone else confirm that this does not work on the new build?
