The graphics of rFactor2 are really bad in contrast with other games coming this year. The cars from ales are really great but the track i used is not so nice.

 

It really is very expensive. You said it all. I paid a note in rFactor 2 to have the license for the rest of his life. And I will not pay for cars and tracks of third parties that are not licensed. Now I hope it sells enough to pay the artist's work. Google Translator!

Can somebody tell if Aura and Bayro feel the same? Can you tell Ales what is the third car going to be?

 

They are close, not completly the same. I think our beta tester mentioned to that Aura was bit more easy to drive in rain but Bayro has bit more HP.
3rd car will be Maures T5.

What should i say ... i had a lot of fun the last few hours with this cars. Great Work!

 

In the store is written: "Physics was build for close racing to give our customers as much fun as possible." Does this mean the physics do not come as close as possible with rf2 to the real DTM cars? Some sort of fun&arcade physics? Realistic physics is most important for me, my main motivation is to get the most accurate simulation of the real cars (otherwise i could simply start GT5, no need to spend 10€).

For me the problem is not really the price, and paying for the work made on a licensed product, why not?...
But here it's like buying a "chinese copy", there is no real brand on it, but it's very very close to the shape of well known cars and championship and the brands can easily "attack" this.
And I think it's bad for the modding communities, because those brands will be more concerned by the next mods in the future, free or not (and it's already the case, like Porsche with Enduracers Carrera Cup recently...).

And are those mods protected for "giving" to friends (or not friends...) ?, I don't think that rFactor 2 can do this actually and we will quickly find those mods free on the net ...

So good luck , and I hope that other modders will not doing the same thing, and continue to do this for pleasure.
